Our Thrive Guides have deep experience in both healthcare and business. During your first session, they will walk you through an assessment designed specifically for getting to know you on a personal level. You will have the opportunity to discuss your daily routines, challenges, and goals you would like to accomplish mentally, physically, and professionally. Using the assessment results, your Thrive Guide will craft and recommend a personalized program that matches your specific needs. 

Our Thrive Guides are experts in helping leaders reach their full well-being potential. By bringing you through our assessment process and getting to know you deeply, Thrive Guides are able to craft a personalized health program that meets your needs. Thrive Guides then recommend the right mix of specialists to support your goals and progress. ExecuThrive is partnered with highly respected specialists who have been vetted to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. All of our partners have experience working with leaders and executives.

Your Thrive Guide will work directly with you to develop goals that meet your needs and create a regular cadence of check-ins to assess your progress. Thrive Guides also perform reassessments on a quarterly basis to ensure your goals remain relevant.

Thrive Guides meet with you at a frequency that best fits your needs. Upon joining ExecuThrive, you will share your communication preferences so that we can arrive at the best routine for check-ins. A common routine for most of our clients is a monthly 1-hour virtual check-in, with shorter check-ins as needed over the phone or text.

ExecuThrive has vetted its network of specialists through a multi-step review process to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and have deep experience working with leaders and executives. Once your Thrive Guide has recommended your personalized mix of specialists, they will not only set you up with each one, but also establish information sharing and communication norms. With your permission, your Thrive Guide will:

• Establish a relationship with your specialists should they need to work together to address specific challenges
• Share any baseline or contextual information ahead of time, so you don’t have to 
• Keep your specialists up to date on changes to your overall goals

Your Thrive Guide will always ensure they have the appropriate permissions when sharing information.

If you are ever unsatisfied with your current program, your Thrive Guide will work directly with you to adjust the program and tailor it to your needs. 

We understand that clients often have developed deep relationships with current providers, and we respect these relationships. You are welcome to join ExecuThrive and remain with your current providers. To ensure comprehensive care, we will request that you share your providers’ information with us so that we may coordinate with them.
